Reporting a bug
Subject: [Penalty Bluff] Bug. A good report lets the problem be reproduced on the first try. Please include:
- Your device and its system — the phone or computer model and its operating system, for example "iPhone 13, iOS 18" or "Windows 11 laptop".
- Your browser and its version — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge or another. Most browsers show their version in their settings under "About"; on an iPhone, Safari's version follows the iOS version.
- What happened, and what you expected — the screen you were on and the steps that led there.
- When it happened — the date and the approximate time, with your time zone.
- For an online match — the six-character room code if you played a friend (it is on the invite, for example
K7P2MQ), or the opponent's name, such as "Keeper 4821", if you played a random opponent. Rooms are deleted an hour after they go quiet, so the sooner you write, the more there is to check. - A screenshot or a short screen recording, if you can make one.
Privacy requests
Subject: [Penalty Bluff] Privacy. Write to the same address to ask what data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how it is used, or to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under US state laws. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.
Most of what the game keeps is in your own browser, and you can delete it yourself by clearing the site data for penaltybluff.com. There are no accounts, so to find anything on the server, please give the room code and the time of the match.
Ideas and feedback
Subject: [Penalty Bluff] Feedback. Ideas for new rivals, rules or modes, a rival who feels unfair, a confusing screen, a mistake on one of the strategy pages — all of it is welcome. If you film your matches, you do not need permission to post the videos; the Terms of Use explain the details.
